Orders are shipped via First Class and/or Priority Mail. Orders will ship 24-72 hours from receipt of order. Normal Delivery time is two to three business days from date of shipment.

Huggs to go cannot guarantee this delivery time will be met as we have no control over the United States Postal Service. We can offer Overnight or 2nd Day guaranteed delivery for those in need of a firm guaranteed delivery date. Huggs to go will always do everything we possibly can to expedite your order but please understand that there are factors outside of our control.

Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be shipped out within 24 hours on the following Monday unless that Monday is a holiday. Then shipment will be done the following business day that is not the holiday.

Huggs to Go™ ships APO, and all other PO Box numbers.

Shipping prices are heavily discounted when you order more than one doll. Just note, all must be shipped to the same address to receive the discount.

When ship to is different then bill to, Huggs to go will understand this is a gift from you and will not put an invoice in the package.

Orders placed Monday thru Friday by midnight of that night will be shipped out within 24 hours unless during a holiday.

For overnight orders are not guaranteed without confirmation from Huggs to go.
