Huggs To Go supplies photo dolls in quantity to military commands, family readiness groups, Morale, Welfare and Recreation offices, Head Start programs, schools and nonprofit organizations.

What you can order

  • Recordable dolls, $19.95 each. Your photo in the pocket and a recorded message that can be re-recorded and then locked so it stays.
  • Non recordable dolls, $16.95 each. A 2×3 inch photo pocket over the embroidered face.
  • Every branch and uniform, plus firefighter and police, classic, awareness and fashion designs.
  • Soft, hypoallergenic and safe for all ages.
  • Free shipping to APO, AE and FPO addresses.

How ordering works

Paying

  • Purchase orders. We accept them. Send your PO to or****@*******go.com and we will confirm the order and agree how you would like to pay.
  • Government payment cards. We accept government purchase cards carrying a Mastercard or Visa logo.
  • Card or check. We can send an invoice link to pay by card. We also accept checks, and ship once the payment has cleared.
  • Pricing. The price is the same whatever the quantity, and there is no minimum order.

Paperwork and timing

  • W-9. We can supply one on request. Ask for it with your quote and we will send it back with the response.
  • Tax exempt orders. Send us a copy of your Tax-Exempt Certificate. We verify it with the issuing state and take the tax off your order. There is nothing for us to sign.
  • Lead time. Orders ship within 4 to 8 business days of payment clearing, depending on the size of the order.
  • Shipping. We quote shipping with the order rather than applying a standard rate, so a large order is costed properly.
