What is a Huggee Miss You doll?
A Huggee Miss You doll is a soft plush doll with a clear photo pocket over its embroidered face. You slide in a photo of a loved one, so a child can hug a parent, grandparent or friend who is far away. Recordable dolls also play back a short message in that person’s voice.
How much do the dolls cost?
Recordable dolls are $19.95 each and non recordable dolls are $16.95 each. The price is the same whatever the quantity, and there is no minimum order.
What size photo fits in the pocket?
The clear plastic pocket fits a 2 by 3 inch photo. You can take the photo out and change it at any time.
How long is the recorded message, and can it be changed?
Recordable dolls hold a 10 second message. You can record it in person, or remotely by phone, computer or any device. The message can be re-recorded as often as you like, and it can be locked so it is not erased by accident. Changing the batteries does not erase it.
How do I clean the doll?
Non recordable dolls are machine washable and dryer safe. A delicate cycle is recommended, and tying the yarn hair in a ponytail or using a mesh laundry bag protects it. Recordable dolls should be spot cleaned only, because the recording module should not be submerged.
How quickly do orders ship?
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Bulk and group orders leave within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the size of the order.
How much is shipping?

Do you ship to APO, AE and FPO addresses?
Yes. APO, AE and FPO addresses ship at our regular US rates, with no international charges. We also ship to homes, businesses and P.O. boxes.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. For orders outside the United States, contact us with the complete ship-to address, a phone number, your email address and the quantity and styles you want, and we will find you the best shipping rate. Contact us.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of an unused item in its original packaging. Anything that has been used, washed or recorded on cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping both ways. Read the full return policy.
Can I order in bulk for a unit, school or group?
Yes. We supply military commands, family readiness groups, Morale, Welfare and Recreation offices, Head Start programs, schools and nonprofits. We accept purchase orders and government purchase cards carrying a Mastercard or Visa logo, can supply a W-9 on request, and take the tax off when you send us your Tax-Exempt Certificate.
